ESES Secretaries (Pvt) Ltd is a company registered under the Registrar of Companies of Sri Lanka, which mainly provides corporate secretarial work for many companies in every business sector in Sri Lanka.

The company was established in 1990, initially to serve the clients of its sister company, PiyaWardena Associates, a firm of Chartered Accountants. Since then the company has gradually expanded and diversified to provide lot more services to the corporates in the country.30 years’ of experience combined with well-qualified professional staff, have enabled the company to provide the highest level of professional services based on client requirements, while liaising with the companies act and other relevant regulations of the country.
